Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end user experience for the IronSled platform, the full-time UX Design Lead with Security Clearance will analyze and streamline complex workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Design workflows for complex platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with technical constraints
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve platform workflows
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or service design
- Demonstrated experience in improving workflows involving business processes and technical constraints
- Strong ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience with modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and APIs
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
