UX Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, UX Design (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of UX designers by defining and sustaining best practices
• Manages user experience design for multiple mid-to-large-sized programs
• Participates in setting the vision for the UX organization and influencing the product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of industry experience in UX design or related discipline
• Experience managing a design team with proven ability to drive better outcomes through coaching
• Experience leading design teams that deliver end-to-end experiences with large scope and complexity
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, multi-platform, and scalable design solutions
