UX Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Design (UX Strategy).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 designers across various career stages
• Act as a strategic advisor on client projects and guide team members in delivering high-quality UX and product design work
• Partner with leadership to align staffing, team health, and delivery quality across projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing designers through coaching and mentoring
• Strong foundation in UX strategy and/or product design with hands-on delivery experience
• Ability to lead work across multiple projects and client contexts
• Confidence operating as a strategic partner in client-facing environments
• Experience in providing structured feedback and growth planning for team members
