UX Design Manager

Job Summary

To shape the end-to-end user experience for a diverse range of stakeholders, the full-time remote UX Design Manager will define and implement UI/UX standards, lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, and mentor a team of designers while actively participating in the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the design vision, principles, and standards for UI/UX across the company
• Lead UX design efforts across various product areas, ensuring consistency and usability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience, with 1-2 years in a management role
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction design thinking
• Experience with both modern and legacy design systems
• Proficiency in modern design tools, preferably Figma
• Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
