UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team in a remote or hybrid capacity, who will develop user experiences, collaborate with stakeholders on information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes to enhance product usability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and motivations through product analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Experience with research methodologies including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development
• Ability to interpret research data and generate actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective teamwork
