Job Summary
A company is looking for a UX Designer to lead the design of user-centered solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for multiple projects, optimizing for usability and adoption
- Ensure consistent user experiences across platforms while aligning with core strategy
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints, producing documentation for executive share-out
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 9 years of experience in web and mobile design with a strong portfolio
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in native mobile app design or responsive design
- Experience in enterprise UX/process design and managing design systems
- Expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX)
- Experience in usability testing and gathering end-user input
