UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to join their mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the user experience for key workflows within the customer application
• Plan and execute user research activities to inform design decisions
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and visual designs while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer for complex web applications or SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and successful user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design insights
