UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business development teams and customers to understand business problems and goals
• Design AI-powered experiences and take ownership of end-to-end UX work from problem definition through delivery
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams to create comprehensive design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in applied design within a product or enterprise environment
• Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences or complex workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction
• Experience with modern design tools, including Figma, and understanding of design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and responsible design practices
