UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to join their product team and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs through user interviews, usability tests, and design workflows
• Lead UX design efforts for new feature developments from concept to launch
• Refine UI/UX of client-facing systems to ensure a seamless user experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably with SaaS or digital products
• Expertise in design tooling, prototyping, and UX research methods
• Experience in end-to-end product design, including user research and visual design
• Ability to empathize with users and understand their priorities and needs
• Proven track record of solving complex design challenges
