UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer who will focus on the UI/UX design of client-server and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user workflows and interfaces, creating prototypes and detailed design specifications
• Conduct customer research to understand needs and preferences, solving complex problems
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, integrating feedback and business constraints into design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering B2B software products
• Experience across the entire design process, including user testing and prototype creation
• Proven expertise in delivering comprehensive user experience designs focused on user journeys
• Proficiency with Figma and FigJam, along with knowledge of design systems and interaction pattern libraries
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field is preferred
