Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered experiences for agent-facing workflows and tools
Lead UX and visual design for the company website and marketing materials
Create and refine executive presentation decks and conference materials

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of UX or product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design across multiple surfaces
Proficiency with modern design tools, preferably Figma
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
Experience designing for both product and marketing teams is a strong plus
