Key Responsibilities

• Build user empathy through qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Synthesize findings and create actionable outcomes while advocating for end users
• Monitor overall application look and feel and facilitate tailored product communication

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in UX Design
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web-based software & applications
• Experience creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
• Experience with agile and lean philosophies in design and product development processes
