UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to shape the future of their digital products through user-centric design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous problems and concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and testable hypotheses
• Own UX across full product development cycles from discovery to launch and iteration
• Design and execute A/B tests and usability studies to enhance engagement and member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX design experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, end-to-end process, and strong visual execution
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-informed design iteration
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to pursue answers independently
