UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own user interface design, user flows, and interaction patterns across all product features
• Lead design strategy and execution from concept to delivery ensuring world-class usability and visual appeal
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process
• Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
