UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer II to enhance digital experiences through collaborative research and design activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the experience vision for digital products using user-centered design principles
• Develop design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and personas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize usability and accessibility in design processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of UX design experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Figma for wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems
• Expertise in the end-to-end UX process, including research, discovery, design, and testing
• Experience with usability testing and data-driven decision-making tools
