UX Designer

Job Summary

To create impactful solutions for real users, the full-time remote UX Designer will design user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and user flows while leading discovery sessions and conducting user research.

Key responsibilities

• Design user-centered wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and personas
• Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements, translating user needs into intuitive designs
• Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design decisions and present designs for stakeholder feedback

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX design experience
• Highly proficient in Figma for creating wireframes and managing large design files
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience working at an agency or in the public sector is a plus
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
