UX Designer

Job Summary

To support the design of customer journeys and interfaces, the remote contract UX Designer will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that support seamless customer journeys across digital products
• Create intuitive, scalable UI solutions using established design systems and component libraries
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing insights, and performance data

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design
• Proven experience designing customer journeys, user flows, and UI experiences, including building interactive prototypes
• Working knowledge of design systems, components, and reusable patterns
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals
