Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote UX Designer, this role focuses on crafting intuitive user experiences for B2B financial applications, optimizing workflows for enterprise users while enhancing end consumer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design efforts throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to final delivery
• Translate complex financial workflows into user-friendly experiences for B2B users and downstream consumers
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical constraints

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise (B2B) or complex products
• Strong experience working within design systems at scale
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design systems, components, and prototyping
• Experience designing responsive web applications with a mobile-first mindset
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
