UX Designer

Job Summary

To create intuitive and effective user experiences, the temporary UX Designer will design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct design thinking workshops, with the option to work either onsite in Urbandale, IA or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed specification documents
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX teams to align on user experience goals
• Conduct design thinking workshops and present designs to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Two or more years of experience applying User-Centered Design principles to interface problems
• Two or more years of visual interface design experience for web, mobile, or in-vehicle displays
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing
• High proficiency with design and rapid-prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
