UX Designer

Job Summary

With over 8 years of relevant design experience, the full-time UX Designer will create user-centered designs, develop prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams while working onsite in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on business requirements and user feedback
• Communicate effectively with product, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design and UX optimization efforts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, or equivalents
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
