UX Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote contract UX Designer will contribute to the design of intuitive digital experiences across various platforms, focusing on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while participating in user research and design critiques.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end UX design of web-based and cross-platform digital experiences
• Collaborate with senior designers and partners to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools
• Participate in discovery and research activities to translate user insights into effective design solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HCI, Design, or Psychology
• 3-5 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro)
• Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and visual polish
