UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team focused on improving diabetes care, the remote UX Designer will contribute to the design of intuitive digital experiences by collaborating with cross-functional partners and participating in user research and design activities over a 6+ month duration.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to end-to-end UX design for web-based and cross-platform digital experiences
• Collaborate with senior designers to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools
• Participate in user research to understand needs and translate insights into design solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in UX or product design within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools like Jira
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction design skills
