UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the UX Designer will analyze and design user experience solutions for products and services, conduct user research, and collaborate with development partners to enhance the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design user experience solutions based on established design principles and strategies
• Conduct user experience testing and gather data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to develop high-quality user experience solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent
• 2+ years of UX design experience
• Understanding of design principles, theories, and concepts
• Experience in creating research and data collection plans for user experience testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
