UX Designer

Job Summary

To support large-scale customer experiences, the remote UX Designer will conceptualize and deliver design artifacts, create visual design documents, and facilitate remote workshops while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver design artifacts at various fidelity levels for customer experience projects
• Create visual design documents such as storyboards, wireframes, and journey maps from concept to delivery
• Design and support remote workshops to facilitate collaboration and gather user insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch
• 3-4+ years of hands-on primary UX research experience, including user interviews
• Ability to independently gather user insights and apply them to strategic design solutions
• Experience with strategic design, journey mapping, and broader experience design work
