UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team in a remote or hybrid capacity, who will develop user experience insights, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct usability testing to enhance product design and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and motivations through product exploration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Conduct primary user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX, particularly with B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficient in research methodologies, including usability testing and user interviews
• Ability to interpret research data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent collaborative skills for idea-sharing and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
