UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team, who will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, focusing on understanding user experiences, developing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to enhance product design.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of user experiences and needs across product offerings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and test information architecture and design prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product consistency

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficient in research methodologies, including usability testing and user interviews
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Ability to interpret research data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and idea-sharing
