UX Designer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic UX team, the full-time remote UX Designer will support the design and optimization of digital marketing experiences for life insurance and annuity products by creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for marketing webpages and digital tools
• Conduct user research activities including usability testing and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with marketing strategy, analytics, compliance, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a user experience role, such as content design or content strategy
• Demonstrated experience creating content for digital products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience supporting or conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
• Familiarity with research and analytics tools
