UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Designer will design and produce UI, digital assets, and experiences across various channels to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI, landing page experiences, and graphics for digital teams including web, email, and social media
• Collaborate with the UX Manager, Art Director, and stakeholders on site and email design projects
• Utilize analytics and user research to inform design strategies and maintain a cohesive user experience across channels

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, and XHTML/CSS
• Experience with digital marketing technologies and third-party vendor tools for site and email enhancement
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards in digital design
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and user research
• Experience in creating and iterating design systems and style guides
