UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process, the full-time contract UX Designer IV will create user experiences for internal tools powered by AI, including dashboards and workflow automation, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from user research to visual design and implementation
• Design user experiences across multiple internal product surfaces, including dashboards and CRM systems
• Create interaction patterns for AI-native workflows and simplify complex data views into intuitive experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools or enterprise SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and the ability to simplify complex workflows
• Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery through implementation
• Proven ability to operate as the sole designer within an engineering-heavy team
• Experience designing multi-panel, data-rich, or workflow-driven interfaces
