UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a creative and customer-focused UX Designer, the full-time remote position will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to develop user-centered solutions for healthcare challenges through intuitive design and user research.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of healthcare customers and their workflows to identify user-centered solutions
• Lead the design process from ideation to polished user interfaces, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2-4 years of experience designing digital products and user experiences
• Portfolio showcasing a strong design process and impactful UX solutions
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices
