UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Designer will analyze and design user experience solutions, conduct user research, and collaborate with development partners to create high-quality user experiences across various products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design portions of user experience solutions based on established design principles
• Conduct user experience testing and gather data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to develop holistic user experience solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of UX design experience
• Experience with design principles and user experience testing methodologies
• Ability to create and implement research and data collection plans
• Strong proficiency in English and ability to communicate design proposals effectively
