UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time UX Designer will conduct user research, build functioning prototypes in code, and collaborate with product teams to create impactful, data-driven user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer and internal user research to inform product direction and validate outcomes
• Build functioning prototypes and front-end code using AI-assisted development tools for rapid testing and refinement
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and engineers to ensure alignment of prototypes with technical constraints and product goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and a research-informed design process
• Hands-on experience building in code, including front-end work, and fluency with AI-assisted development tools
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and experience in complex, data-heavy product environments
• Outgoing and proactive attitude with the ability to build trust across teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred in design, HCI, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
