UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, who will develop user insights, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct usability testing to enhance the user experience of our software products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experience and explore the needs of target users
• Partner with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Coordinate primary user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
• Well-versed in research methodologies including usability testing and user interviews
• Demonstrated ability to interpret research data into actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills promoting collaboration and idea-sharing
