UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Designer will analyze and design user experience solutions for products and services, gather user insights, and collaborate with development partners to create holistic design concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design user experience solutions based on established design principles and guidelines
• Test and gather user experience data, reporting results to design stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to develop high-quality user experience solutions for projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent
• 2+ years of UX design experience
• Experience with design principles, theories, and concepts
• Understanding of research and data collection plans for user experience testing
• Proficiency in communicating user experience data and design proposals effectively
