UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a globally recognized specialty coffee brand, the temporary remote UX Designer will focus on designing seamless omnichannel experiences, optimizing ecommerce and mobile flows, and delivering developer-ready interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user flows for mobile UX experiences and ecommerce journeys, enhancing mobile order-and-pay and subscription management
• Create intuitive digital shopping experiences that improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction across various transactional touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready assets while ensuring brand consistency and a premium design aesthetic

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional UX or Product Design experience, particularly in consumer-facing mobile and ecommerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing initiatives and analyzing user experience data for iterative design improvements
• Familiarity with designing mobile order-ahead workflows and retail loyalty apps is highly preferred
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing modern design aesthetics and intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping capabilities
