UX Designer

Job Summary

To design user-friendly software solutions, the full-time UX Designer II will create the overall structure of the platform, apply advertising technology knowledge to complex data needs, and collaborate with product managers and engineers while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design the overall structure of the software platform, ensuring consistency and usability across pages
• Create diagrams and design documents using Figma to communicate product functionality and design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to implement designs and support platform-level AI features

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field with three years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with one year of experience
• One year of experience using Figma for component-level and system-level designs
• Experience designing cross-feature UX frameworks for enterprise workflows in data-rich SaaS products
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale design systems
• Experience working in the ad-tech industry
