UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a mid-level UX Designer for a full-time position within the AI Forge Product Team, this role will manage UX activities from discovery to validated design, translating complex software lifecycle activities into user-friendly product experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own UX activities from discovery through validated design for assigned AI Forge capabilities and workflows
- Design human-AI interactions and create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Plan and conduct user research to validate designs and enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in user experience, interaction design, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of professional experience in UX design for complex digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and design outcomes
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and proficiency with design tools like Figma
- Experience designing data-rich, workflow-heavy applications and conducting user research
