UX Designer
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and resourceful, the full-time UX Designer will design user interfaces and workflows for classified defense operations, conducting user research and collaborating with engineering teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Drive prompt-to-prototype workflows to translate user needs into functional prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design directions and uncover pain points
- Maintain and scale the design system to ensure visual quality and interaction consistency across iterations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer for complex web applications or SaaS products
- Proficiency with Claude Design, Claude Code, and Figma for design workflows and systems
- Experience executing user research methodologies and translating feedback into actionable design adjustments
- Solid grounding in information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements
