UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning the UX of A1's core app experience, the full-time remote UX Designer will design user flows for AI-assisted tasks across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring clarity and reliability in user interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, progress tracking, and error recovery
- Map and design various AI states encountered by users, such as loading, thinking, and recovering from failures
- Conduct usability research to identify user trust issues and translate findings into effective design solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps, supported by a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping using Figma
- Understanding of designing for asynchronous and context-dependent systems
- Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
- Ability to balance simple consumer UX with complex AI system behavior
