UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a versatile UX Designer for a remote contract position, this role will focus on shaping user journeys and service experiences for various products, including custom web applications and COTS systems, while working 35 hours per week and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Design complex user flows and prototypes while adhering to human-centered design principles
- Communicate design rationales effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration across teams
Required qualifications:
- Background in human-centered design, research, and service design
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and plain language
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong preference for experience designing for Salesforce and understanding its UI patterns
