UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance public health outcomes, the full-time remote UX Designer II will focus on service design to understand the healthcare journey for various stakeholders, creating innovative technology solutions that improve patient care and reduce costs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship or Green Card with residency in the US for at least the past 3 years
- Able to meet Public Trust position requirements, including a successful background investigation
- Experience in human-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects and outcomes
