UX Designer
Job Summary
Joining a mission-driven team, the experienced UX Designer will work remotely to design user experiences across web, iOS, and Android platforms, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to develop new features and improve existing product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and ship new features and enhancements
- Support user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design decisions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a focus on digital-first products
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with Sketch is a plus
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Experience in designing consumer-focused features that drive engagement and retention
- Background in executing user research and usability testing
