Job Summary

To enhance the usability and effectiveness of digital platforms for a government healthcare client, the full-time UX Designer and Business Analyst will lead UX and service design projects, conduct research and analysis, and develop actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead UX and service design projects by analyzing user journeys and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Conduct research activities, including stakeholder interviews and usability testing, to gather insights
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, and service blueprints to inform decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Public Policy, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a UX Designer, Service Designer, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to create UX design artifacts such as journey maps and prototypes
  • Excellent research skills with experience in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
