UX Designer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer II to support design initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver design work including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while meeting deadlines
• Conduct competitive analyses and contribute to design libraries and human-centered design processes
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to facilitate discussions and articulate project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Ability to apply design principles effectively to project requirements
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including 508 compliance
• Experience contributing to design processes and deliverables
