UX Designer IV

Job Summary

UX Designer IV, a full-time contract position, is responsible for designing user experiences for AI-powered dashboards, developing interaction patterns, and conducting user research.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for internal AI-powered dashboards
• Develop and refine interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing complex internal tools or enterprise SaaS
• Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture
• Experience with design systems and rapid prototyping
• Self-directed work style as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
• Nice to have: Front-end development skills (React, TypeScript) and experience with AI/ML-powered features
