Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local-Hybrid UX Designer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Set a strategic design vision and guide research and design implementation
• Collaborate with business, technical, and product leaders to inform vision and objectives
• Lead design efforts in an agile environment and ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years leading design teams
• Eight (8) plus years' experience in UX Design/Figma
• Experience with design and interaction tools such as Figma and Miro
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proficient in MO365
