UX Designer, Workflow Systems

Job Summary

Leading UX design for complex, cross-role workflows, the full-time remote Staff UX Designer, Workflow Systems will focus on batch analytics, conducting research, designing user experiences, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery for strategic product initiatives, starting with batch analytics
• Conduct and synthesize contextual research to identify workflow inefficiencies and unmet needs
• Design comprehensive user experiences, including interaction design and high-fidelity workflows ready for implementation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of UX experience in designing and shipping B2B SaaS products
• Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-step workflows in technical or data-heavy domains
• Strong skills in discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and final UX delivery
• Experience with service design methods such as journey maps and service blueprints
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, HCI, service design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
