UX Director
Job Summary
Leading the Product Design & Research organization, the remote UX Director will set design strategy, rebuild the operating model for design teams, and drive AI-first design initiatives while reporting directly to the CPO.
Key responsibilities
- Own design strategy by setting a multi-quarter vision and advocating for design investment at the executive level
- Rebuild the operating model by decentralizing design teams into product-line tracks for closer customer engagement
- Govern the design system to enhance design and engineering velocity across all platforms
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of UX or product design experience with a proven track record of driving change
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in enterprise workflows and user research
- Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows with specific examples of tools and processes used
- Strong command of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
