UX Director
Job Summary
Leading the Product Design & Research organization, the full-time remote UX Director will own design strategy, rebuild the operating model, and drive B2B design excellence while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and set the multi-quarter design vision across the platform and AI-powered product lines
- Rebuild the operating model by decentralizing the design team into product-line pods
- Govern the design system to accelerate design and engineering velocity across all surfaces
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of UX or product design experience with a strong leadership presence
- Proven track record in setting and executing design strategy at an organizational level
- B2B SaaS background with experience in enterprise buying cycles and user research
- Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
