UX Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and shipping user experiences, the full-time remote UX Engineer will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and interaction design to high-fidelity front-end development, while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and redesign of full application experiences across CE Broker, from early research through shipped UI
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile, validating them with real users before build
• Build production-quality front-end code using React and Tailwind CSS, ensuring reliability, accessibility, and performance

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer with a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Proficiency in front-end development skills using React and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools, with Figma as a plus
• Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools, including Claude Design
• Understanding of ADA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG)
